Bloomingdale's primary mission is to serve preschool children. The heart of the program is the child. Our mission is to provide an educational foundation for our children that will allow them to succeed in school and in all the areas of their lives after they leave us-healthy in body, mind and in their feelings. This includes involving parents in the educational process and strengthening them as advocates for their children, as policy makers, as Bloomingdale staff, and as explorers and achievers of their own dreams and aspirations-moving toward independence and self-sufficiency.
Therefore, it is part of our mission to provide the best and most extensive support services within the program and to develop partnerships with outside resources that can help us carry out our mission.
